Microneedling is a skin treatment, not ingredient-based, which uses your body’s most natural response and reactions to repair and promote healthy skin.
Microneedling creates micro-channels on the skin, which in turn triggers collagen production to compensate the skin as it rejuvenates. In addition, it also helps improves the absorption and efficiency of your skincare.
Regular usage reduces the appearance of skin imperfections, including scarring, enlarged pores and stretched marks. Simply incorporate as part of your night-time routine to help enhance the performance of actives in your favourite skincare products.
- Thoroughly cleanse your skin before bedtime.
- Gently place Manicare® Microneedle Derma Roller on your face in one section. Start with rolling horizontally, vertically and diagonally twice in each direction. With more experience, build up to 5 times.
- Move across to the next untreated section, and repeat.
- Suitable to roll over face, neck and décolletage, but avoid the eye area.
- DO NOT APPLY any pressure, simply let the weight of the roller be the guide.
- Follow the diagram as a guide to section the face.
Optional: After using the roller, apply your preferred serum, moisturiser, skincare actives or sheet masks with clean hands for better results. Maximum use 3 times per week.
Microneedling may result in skin redness and increased sun sensitivity. Use sunscreen daily.
• Best to sterilise with alcohol sprays like Manicare® Brush Cleaner & Tool Steriliser and allow to dry after each use.
• Store in the protective case provided.
• Personal use only, the roller must not be shared.
• For optimal performance, it is recommended to replace your Manicare Microneedle DermaRoller every 3months.
• Do not use on children.
• Do not use if the sterile seal has been broken.
• Do not use on any skin that is inflamed or broken, e.g. acne breakouts or rosacea.

Nothing to worry about!
I've always been so scared to try out derma rollers at home but this was a great introduction. Easy to use, quality build and completely painless. Like others have said, it feels really nice and kind of addictive so can be tempting to use more force but don't do it!

Love it!

Impressive!
I actually think this little tool makes a substantial difference. My skin feels plumper & looks more radiant the next day. I use it at night so the redness can dissipate. It doesn’t hurt at all. Am quite impressed. It actually does what it says it will.

What a great product!
I was a bit nervous trying this, because I thought it would hurt, and leave little dots all over my face, but I was so wrong. It doesn't hurt at all, and feels quite nice. It's tempting to press harder, but I wouldn't do that, because it recommends just to let the weight of the roller do its job. A very handy too.

I'm a fan of dermal rollers and this one is the same as the more expensive dermal rollers. I find that my serums and moisturisers get absorbed much faster when using this dermal roller. Great product and price for those who love dermal rolling.

Amazing results
Not going to lie, I was scared of using this because needles are scary but it doesn't hurt AT ALL. I feel like my skin looked smoother and more even after the first use, and after a few uses it was definitely more glowy and my baby wrinkles looked smoother. The scientific evidence for microneedling is really solid and I'm definitely seeing results!

Great derma roll!
This derma roll is perfect! A lot of people get worried that needling hurts, however this one doesn't hurt at all. I find my skin to have really improved with collagen production. I use this after cleansing but before my other skincare products to help get deeper absorption. My face is glowing more than it has in a long time. I also use this on my lips before applying a lip mask, and it really helps to lock in moisture.

Awesome product
This product took my skin care routine to new levels. Using it 3 times a week to assist in absorption of serums and creams. After application your skin is left serene with no discomfort with use. Gentle pressure used only and I have noticed a reduction in fine wrinkles! It’s an easy to use product but highly recommend you follow the instructions provided. So far the results of using this product are great and my skin is noticeably soft! I believe it to be as good as a salon treatment that I can perform at home.

Newest Addition to the Skincare Routine!
I'm all about vamping up my skincare routine and trying new products that will benefit my skin. I was a little anxious to try as I hate needles! But once I gave it a go, I was blown away by the instant results and how pain-free it is! I felt my moisturiser was better absorbed into my skin and my skin felt super plump and tight! I accidentally rolled it over an acne mark and the next day, it disappeared! I've only used it 3 times and can't wait to keep using it!

It really works!
I’ve been using for about 6 weeks now, 2-3 times a week. I follow it up with Dr Lewinn’s sheet mask once a week and a serum and moisturiser the other times. Skin care products just melt into my skin and I’m sure they penetrate deeper than when used on its own. The texture of my skin has improved – it feels firmer and looks healthier. I’ve been getting comments that I look younger – the best compliment a women in her 40s can wish for! I'm going to get this tool as gifts for my girlfriends - it's so affordable!
Tip: follow the instructions – there’s really no need to apply any pressure on the roller. The first time I used it approached it with too much gusto and tingling sensation was rather intense.

LOVE IT
I was skeptical with this, but three weeks in I am glad I bought it. I have noticed how clear and refreshed my skin looks. Slight wrinkles seem to have faded, along with compliments from so many people about how amazing my skin looks. Along with serum and creams my skin is actually glowing even without makeup. Makeup is so much smoother to put on and looks flawless.
I absolutely love this and have worked up to using it three times a week at night. Saves me thousands at the beautician.

A simple tool to a great complexion
I’m loving the results from my microneedle derma roller. I’ve been using it 3x a week over 4 weeks now, in conjunction with my night serums, and here is what I’ve noticed:
- My skin which has been dry over the summer, felt softer and smooth.
- The skin care products I used (my night based serums with actives like hyaluronic acid) soaked into my skin faster.
- The clarity of my skin improved, it was more even, the size of my pores were smaller and I noticed I had a more natural glow.
I’m going to continue using my derma roller and look forward to noticing more beneficial changes in my skin.

Favorite addition to night time skincare routine!
I have been using the derma roller once a week for a month and have noticed improvements to the appearance of my skin. My skin feels healthier with glow and overall clearer. My favourite part of my night time routine is the moment I apply serum and night moisturiser right after after using the derma roller. I can see and feel my skincare products being completely absorbed which means my skin is getting all the moisturising benefits from the products and my skin feels really well hydrated the following morning!
At first I wasn't sure about using micro needles on my face as I'm afraid of needles and pain but I am so glad I decided to give this derma roller a go! The needles on this derma roller are very fine and quite painless when applied to the skin. I would recommend rolling the tool on your skin very gently for the first time and to not apply any pressure. My skin has adapted to the needles so I have built up the number of times I roll the product over my face and neck.
After trying this derma roller, I would recommend this to friends and family who want to add a sophisticated beauty tool that works to their beauty routine!

Too easy to over-use
I followed the instructions as best as I could but trying to only limit the amount of time using it only 3 times a week is super hard as I did a full face applications and for much longer as I kept forgetting that only 3 times a week part. I think only time will tell if this is working as much as I hoped it will.

Beautiful skincare experience at home, Wow result
I had never used a microneedle derma roller before and was skeptical on how the product would benefit my skin, seeing so many needles at fist was scary at first, However I was amazed with the results!
Using the product took a little bit of trial and error to gauge how much pressure to apply for how long and which direction but it instantly helps in stimulation of collagen,
firming and plumping the skin.
The skin looks tomato red when you have used it because of the blood circulation but the next day the skin is so brighter and shiny.
I used the derma roller as part of my nightly beauty regime and used in conjunction with my face oils.
I have quite sensitive skin with areas of hyperpigmentation, After using the product I noticed fine lines diminished and my skin was more even in tone.
Results are visible after the first use. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who deals with skin issues, or who wants to keep their skin youthful and lush.

Great intro to derma rolling
This product has been the best addition to my skincare regime. A few minutes of rolling twice a week has completely transformed my skin. I've noticed a difference in my skin tone and the appearance of my pores in only 2 weeks. I also purchased the Manicare tool sanitiser to sanitise the roller after each use. It's so easy to use especially when your skin is desperate for some extra TLC. Absolutely love it!

I'm sure this rejuvenates skin
I got sent this as part of a trial and review process. I expect it works well but find it a bit irritating to my sensitive skin. Not a huge fan of needles. Sorry. Although very small.
