File from side of the nails to the centre in even strokes. Always file in one direction, never back and forth.
Use the medium side to shape the nail & the finer side to smooth the nail edge for a flawless finish.

Avoid excessive filing of nail corners as they provide extra strength to the nail. Square/Oval shaped nails are recommended.
After use, wipe over with a damp cloth or gently scrub with a nail brush to clean. Allow to dry naturally.

Great and long lasting
These are great nail files! They've lasted way longer than any other brands I've tried and file perfectly and quickly still after about 6 months of use. Haven't even touched the second one yet.

Last ages. Strong file.
I love the nail files. I've tried many brands but these are by far the most reasonably priced for job they do & how long they last. A couple of simple strokes & I get a satisfactory effect when filing my nails. Files nice & smooth. Fits into the 'corners' well. Happy with the product. I don't use other brands since finding these ones.
