Faulty Returns
If you have received a faulty product, and the purchase was made within the last 30 days, please contact us for a refund or exchange.
If your product has developed manufacturing faults after it has been used, please contact our Customer Service Team or phone 1800 651 146 within 6 months of purchase.
We may request photos of the product and details of how the product has been used prior to approving the return. In assessing your claim we will consider the conditions under which your product was used. We may also consult with the manufacturer to determine if the item is faulty. Please do not post the items without contacting our Customer Service Team first. If the item is found to be faulty, you will receive a full refund or exchange, once faulty products are returned to us via reply paid service.
Please retain your receipt. We are not able to provide a refund or exchange without proof of purchase.
